Return & Refund Policy

1. Physical Products (If Applicable)

We have a 30-day return policy for physical goods. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@dashimobile.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

2. eSIM & Digital Products (Important)

eSIM products are digital goods delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • Once an eSIM QR code has been delivered, scanned, installed, activated, or used, it is considered consumed and cannot be refunded.

  • Refund requests can only be considered if the eSIM has not been activated or used.

  • Device compatibility is the customer’s responsibility. Please verify your device supports eSIM before purchasing.

If you experience a technical issue before activation, please contact us immediately. Our team will investigate and provide support.

3. Damages & Technical Issues

If you receive an incorrect eSIM or experience activation problems, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Activated or used eSIMs

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

5. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days.

However, for digital products (eSIM), by completing your purchase and receiving delivery, you expressly agree that:

  • Immediate digital delivery begins upon purchase.

  • You waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the eSIM has been delivered and activated.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
